Joseph Rosenfeld is a seasoned investment sales specialist with expertise in multifamily, mixed-use, and development properties across Brooklyn and the outer boroughs.

Before joining Alpha Realty, Joseph was an integral part of Schuckman Realty Inc.'s Investment Sales team from February 2020 to January 2025. During his five-year tenure, he was actively involved in the sale and disposition of 25 investment properties across Brooklyn and Queens, contributing to a total transaction volume of $77.4 million across multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and development assets.

Prior to Schuckman, Joseph was an associate at Avison Young's Tri-State Investment Sales Team, led by Principal James P. Nelson, from May 2017 to January 2020. There, he specialized in multifamily and mixed-use properties, focusing on institutional assets in the outer boroughs. During his tenure at the firm, the team closed 37 investment sales transactions, totaling $880 million in gross dollar volume.

Joseph earned his Rabbinic Ordination and a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies from the Rabbinical College of America in Morristown, New Jersey, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York.
