Ben Normatov

Ben Normatov is the sales director at Alpha Realty. He specializes in the sale of all asset classes for active and local investors in Brooklyn and Queens. Ben’s multidisciplinary focus covers investment properties in the prime Brooklyn areas of Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Clinton Hill, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope, and Prospect Heights. He also specializes in the Queens areas of Astoria, Long Island City, Elmhurst, Sunnyside, and Woodside.

Normatov earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and graduated magna cum laude from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business. Prior to joining Alpha Realty, he worked as a residential real estate agent at EXIT Realty Landmark in the Flatiron district of Manhattan. Residing in both Queens and Manhattan throughout his life, Ben has had in-depth exposure to every aspect of the New York City real estate market. In 2019, he was featured in the New York Real Estate Journal's "2019 Ones to Watch".

Normatov’s passions outside of real estate include professional boxing, mountain biking, politics, and world travel. From kayaking down the Jordan River, biking through the Netherlands, scuba diving in Bermuda, and jet skiing through St. Martin and St. Croix; Ben always finds a unique way to appreciate and enjoy the different lands and cultures of the world.
