Shai Egison is an Senior Associate with Alpha Realty and specializes in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use buildings in the Manhattan area for both local and overseas investors. His core business and clientele focus is in Manhattan investment properties and value-add residential buildings.
Shai has previously worked at top residential firms such as Citi Habitats and Compass, he understands the different aspects of multifamily buildings due to his past experience as both a residential broker and property manager. In his free time Shai enjoys traveling, fishing, visiting museums and art galleries, reading and exploring new restaurants in the city.
